Politics go to the dogs: Mitt Romney’s Dog music video released.
If you love dogs and don’t like Mitt Romney, you’ll love this song and video
Last Wednesday, I blogged about the Skip Haynes and the Laurel Canyon Animal Company, based out of Los Angeles, Calif. Their mission is to bridge animals and their people through music.
Skip sent me an update on one of their latest labels, and with this title I just had to check it out.
In an email, he says, “This is our new song and music video — Mitt Romney’s Dog. If you like it please pass it along. We think it can make a difference if enough people hear it.”
Here’s the link to the video on YouTube:

On the YouTube page, Skip says, ” Check out Mitt Romney’s Dog at http://www.petcds.com Mr. Romney’s lack of compassion for another creature (especially the family pet) and common sense makes me worry about how he will treat our country. I would hope people think about this in the run up to the election. This is indicative of the man’s personality. We all might end up as Mitt Romney’s Dogs.
Now regardless of your politics, (I personally prefer cats, and love writing about the cats running for office, whether it’s Morris the Cat or Hank for Senate) you’ll get a hoot out of this. Check it out!!
What do you think about cats, dogs or any animal running for office? Do you think we should check out how our politicians treat their pets, their pet-related platforms, and how they vote on animal protection issues? And don’t hesitate to share your thoughts on this video post, as well.
