What a great big beautiful cat! Just gorgeous!
Unfortunately, CFA still scorns their polydactyl trait, though it is prominent in their genes. I am a longtime owner of of Maine Coons, and Maggie P. is a poly.
Sad to say this is true about CFA. Polydactyl Maine Coons is one my list of future blog posts. There were a number of them at this particular show that did allow one judging session for them. Interesting to hear how prominent it is in their genes. My first kitty, who was part Maine Coon, has the trait. I found it quite fascinating.
Gorgeous. What a big kitty.
I also love Maine Coons. Being in Maine pretty much all larger and even remotely long haired kitties are called Maine Coons.. it is so nice to see the real thing 🙂
beautiful kitty. I love Maine Coons
